PRESIDENT OBAMA

Finally, George W. Bush's reign of terror has ended. That guy is worse than Hitler. After 8 years of driving a Holocaust on the Muslim civilization, sacrificing human lives for his political gods, and crippling the USA's credibility in the eyes of the world, let's just hope that Bush spends his retirement doing lesser evils...

Faizal better get his cat away from this maniac.

Barack Obama is now America's 44th President and the world is celebrating his inauguration.

Millions of hopes are showering on the new President - from calls to end the American occupation in Iraq to cries of help from those suffering financial depression. Obama - like Atlas - is weighing the world's dreams on his shoulders and as much as America needed him to rectify Bush's moronic mistakes, he needs America's support to help him run the new American government.

Sadly, investors seemed to care less about Obama's inauguration. The Dow Jones showed unfavourable index results on the day he becomes President. A curse from Bush's past? Indeed, Obama has a lot of cleaning up to do after Bush's disastrous ruling. It's like having a janitor mopping up a retarded school kid's mess.

There have also been hushed worries that Obama might turn into another one of the Jewish powers' puppets like Bush. The world, especially the traumatized Middle-Eastern regions, has not completely trusted Obama yet. Would he yield to become a political puppet to solve his country's financial crisis now that the USA's economic condition is crumbling? Or would he retain the spirit of Martin Luther King to fight the odds and rise on his own feet for his people, like what Malaysia's Tun Dr. Mahathir had done when he rejected the IMF back in 1999?

Can Obama bring America back from the darkness? Can one person change the world and become a hero?

It's a bird! No, it's a plane... no, it's Super Obama!"

“I don’t know why, but many people believe that Obama is some sort of Messiah that will save the United States from the world crisis, wars, etc. He is no superman, he’s only a human. Don’t get too happy before you actually see the guy’s work."

What is it about Obama that makes people revere him so? Is he the Chosen One that the African-Americans have been waiting for? Can the world trust him? Can we expect him to be more trustworthy than Bush? Are we ready to put our faith on this guy?

Even though I am just a nobody living in another different part of the world, I want to believe in someone like him. I am not simply saying this because it seems to be the latest fad. I want to believe in Obama because he's a man who is willing to bring change to a greatly ego-maniacal, stubborn nation. That is what I call a monstrous feat. But, of course, I don't want to put my belief on Obama so soon before seeing his work.

May God protect Mr. Barack Obama and his family.
