I wonder if Gopi is alright. He hasn't answered my calls and text messages since the Hindraf rally incident. Could it be that he got arrested?
No one at his home answered my call either. Strange.
Gopi's dad probably has lots of emergencies at the hospital and is not home at the moment. Dr. Doshi is a hardworking guy, you can even say that he's a workaholic. Sometimes I find it hard to believe that Gopi is his son. I mean, Dr. Doshi is a neat and meticulous guy. You can smell Dettol on him from miles away. But Gopi, on the other hand, is the kind of guy who'd pick up things found on the ground and never worry about getting sick after eating it. The fact that he is studying medicine even though he has strong aversion to taking baths amazes me.
But I wonder why Gopi's other family members didn't pick up the phone either?
Dad has just returned from France. He's going to Langkawi Island for the LIMA 2007 exhibition on behalf of his company, and he asked me if I wanted to come along since I'm on my term break at the moment.
Cool. I get to see the helicopters, air jets, fighter planes, tanks, anti-surface missiles and marine vessels brought by the defense system sectors from around the world. I especially love the marine weapons division from German and Russia, they've got really high-tech stuff.

who in their right mind would resist such opportunity?

is playing on my mind today
